Q: What is your pet policy?

A: We are cat-friendly and require a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300 per cat, as well as a monthly pet-rent of $30 per cat. Residents are limited to 2 cats at one time and must provide proper certifications from their vet. Click here for more information.

Q: What kind of floor plans are available?

A: We offer spacious 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans with a wide variety of in-unit amenities available.

Q: Are there washers and dryers in-unit?

A: We do not have in-unit washers and dryers at our community, and residents use the on-site laundry facilities. Visit our amenities page for more information.

Q: What lease options are available?

A: We offer 6 – 12 month leases.

Q: How can I pay my rent or request maintenance service?

A: Residents can visit the resident portal and make a request for maintenance service, pay their monthly rent, or set up automatic payments.

Q: What is there to do around Pickwick?

A: Pickwick Apartment Homes are located right next to Cherry Hill and other popular neighborhoods such as Mt. Laurel, Moorestown, and Marlton. In addition, we are only 15 miles away from Center City, Philadelphia, giving you plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Our convenient location is one of the many reasons why residents love living at Pickwick.

Q: What school district are you located in?

A: We are located in Maple Shade School District, one of the best school districts in NJ. In addition, our ideal location gives you and your family endless options to enjoy Maple Shade’s wonderful dining, shopping, and entertainment.
